How It Works
Using a counter-current cooling system, milk and cold water flow in opposite directions in separate channels. With a 2:1 water-to-milk ratio, the milk is pre-cooled to about 20°C, cutting down tank cooling time. A single unit cools up to 3,000L/hour, while a duo system handles up to 6,000L/hour.
