Paul Mueller Company’s flagship product, the Bulk Milk Cooler, relied on the use of integrated heat transfer technology patented by Paul Mueller himself in 1969. With over 50 years of development since, Paul Mueller Company regularly uses Temp-Plate integrated into the tank walls of our vessels serving the pharmaceutical, chemical, dairy, and food & beverage industries.

A Temp-Plate jacketed assembly integrates heating or cooling into your vessel’s structure using our single-embossed panels. These panels are manufactured with two sheets of material, with one being thicker than the other. During inflation, the thicker sheet maintains its smooth, flat side which becomes the inner wall of the tank. The thinner, outer sheet inflates and creates flow channels. With Temp-Plate’s versatility, Paul Mueller Company can offer single-embossed panels in various forms, including individual shell pieces, fully seam-welded cylinders, or even dished or conical head assemblies manufactured in-house.
