Mike Mills

General Manager

Mike Mills came to Paul Mueller Company in 1990 as a designer in the manufacturing engineering department. During his tenure, he worked on almost every product line in the company and held the role of Logistics Manager for several years. As a designer in the Product Development group, Mike helped the company develop new dies that allowed Paul Mueller Company to press its plate heat exchanger plates, expanding the company's capabilities.

Mike served on the company's ERP system implementation group in 2010, and in 2016, he was promoted to General Manager of Heat Transfer, overseeing operations in both our Springfield and Iowa facilities. Mike is now the General Manager of the Dairy Farm Equipment, Refrigeration Products, Accu-Therm®, Temp-Plate®, and PyroPure® product lines.

Mike attended Missouri State University, where he studied Computer Science and Industrial Technology.
