We are currently looking for a Beer & Beverage Sales Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for providing technical brewing expertise and sales management to the Beer & Beverage product line. This position includes oversight of the solicitation of customer inquiries, the quotation of the resulting inquiries, the sale of the product, customer service after the order, and the maintenance of overall customer satisfaction. The primary focus for this position is the solicitation of shop-fabricated equipment, but will also act as a sales representative for Mueller Field Operations.

● Position may require extensive travel. Travel levels should be expected to be 40% to 60% of the time. Actual travel time will depend on the needs of the customer and sales performance of the product line.

We are currently looking for someone to join our Dairy Farm Equipment team. This position assists with all daily DFE Service Department responsibilities, including but not limited to verbal and written technical customer assistance, technical training, and technical collaboration with Mueller’s DFE internal/external customers. ● Individual must maintain a competent and ongoing knowledge of the technical operation of the DFE product line, which includes electrical, refrigeration, and dairy sanitation regulations
● Responsible for DFE Service Training Seminars, including facility maintenance, training agendas, materials, presentations and visual training aids

Essential Job Functions
Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
Manage & supervise employees - approve time cards, designate and distribute workload, conduct reviews, resolve problems and discipline when necessary.

Supervise assigned production line.
Coordinate and communicate with Planning, Production & Shipping on customer orders & ship dates as well as make-to-stock inventory.

Maintain production schedule

The primary function of the Food & Dairy Quality Assurance Inspector is to assure that manufactured products and material needed to produce these products meets the required specifications as directed by company policy, the customer, jurisdictional authority, or a combination of the foregoing. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of all quality assurance documentation for Food & Dairy to ensure compliance with Paul Mueller Company’s quality manual, applicable vessel code requirements, and Food & Dairy quality procedures. The Food & Dairy Quality Assurance Inspector is the main point of contact for corporate quality control communication and coordination. It is this position’s responsibility to assure the quality of products shipped to the customer meet or exceed the defined specifications by identifying non-conformance prior to shipment by Food & Dairy.

We are looking for someone to join our Food & Dairy team as an Estimator. The Estimator will give direct support to the department by estimating costs and lead times for engineering, labor, shipping, and material costs for customer inquiries and change orders. At times, the Estimator may be responsible for contacting the customer directly to assure inclusion of all costs are in the scope of work to meet the customer specifications. The Estimator will also have the responsibility of being the secondary back up for direct customer contact when the Regional Sales Managers and Project Managers are travelling or unavailable. Back up duties will consist of answering customer inquiry information, developing customer quotations, and preparing order entry specifications.

We are currently looking for someone to join our Dairy Farm Equipment team. This position assists with all daily DFE Service Department responsibilities, including but not limited to verbal and written technical customer assistance, technical training, and technical collaboration with Mueller’s DFE internal/external customers. Includes writing and/or updating technical service manuals, service bulletins, replacement parts pages, and assisting with warranty claims and documentation.

Essential Job Functions
● Provide superior technical customer service by resolving service and product reliability related issues in a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable manner as received from Dealers, Regional Sales Managers, Internal and External Customers, and DFE Management. Includes documentation, delegation, review, and follow-up with the Dealer and/or End User, Production, Engineering, Product Development, Purchasing, Vendors, and Sales Management
● Individual must maintain a competent and ongoing knowledge of the technical operation of the DFE product line, which includes electrical, refrigeration, and dairy sanitation regulations
● Responsible for DFE Service Training Seminars, including facility maintenance, training agendas, materials, presentations and visual training aids
● Initiate and maintain DFE Service materials in an updated and current manner. This includes Installation and Service Manuals, Service Bulletins, News Letters, and Technical Training Aids
● Assist customers with warranty issues in accordance with Mueller’s written warranty policies and procedures

● Proficiency with the MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
● Proficient verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate will have experience reading, understanding and meeting customer issued project specifications, P&ID’s and Planview drawings.
